Bent corner of fx 8350

i dropped my processor on the desk while cleaning the old thermal paste. the corner pcb chip of the processor got bent. i tried fixing it. it got almost fine. so i tried putting it in and running. the pc takes the supply but the motherboard bios menu doesnt appear neither does the sound from the mobo speaker. do u think it will work ? please help

You might need to play with it a little more to get it to work. But from what I'm hearing, it could be a lost cause. CPUs are delicate and complicated components that are rather hard for end users to service. It's worth trying some re- seating and the like, but you might be out of luck.
