Can temp target change itself without tweaking? GPU 1080 TI FE

Hello. Have an question. Can temp target limit of 1080 TI FE change itself ( without tweaking ) ?
I ask because very rarely i have issue,that my temps go above default temp limit ( 84C ) to 85-86C and gpuz not showing THRM limit,only VREL or PWR. Thanks. 
 
Like i said i dont have installed oc utilities,all stock.

No, it cannot without tweaks or tweaking software. The temperature limit is what the card uses to determine when and by how much to throttle the card, if needed.

this is how many times already asking the same question in diff ways?

it's because you reach the power limit before you reach the temp limit - the FE cards are very balanced when it comes to temp/power limits
