Hello! So I am was looking at my task manager and I noticed something called "product survey" using around 12 percent of my CPU power consistency, I restarted my computer and it persisted, so is this a virus? Is just seems to be using so much power to be just the computer sending information for a survey. Thank you for your help!

Delete it. Even if it isn't a virus you should delete it just to stop it from utilizing your CPU.

It's not as easy as just deleting it, like I said when I restart it starts up, so if it is google chrome, or windows sending information, I can't just turn it off, and I can't go into each app's settings to find out how to turn it off. So I need to know if anyone knows what it is

Right click it > Go to details, Then right click it in details and it should show you helpful information, like properties, descriptions file paths etc

Jeez I didn't think I could hate Alienware anymore. It leads to a folder titled "Alienware Customer Surveys" so I will have to go through all of Alienware's messy applications to find out where it is. So glad I am upgrading to an XPS soon (Yes yes, I know they are both dell but still)

That's what happens when you buy a pre-built or laptop. You get stuck with bloatware.

Alienware has a lot of bloatware. If I were you, get an iso and start fresh from it, that way, it has no bloatware at all.

Like I said I am moving to the XPS soon enough, I only really even noticed this while uninstalling applications while getting ready for an easy swap
