So I recently purchased an Asus-B350M-plus and ryzen 5 1600.i tried to hook it up but the CPU and the fan wouldn't turn on. So I tried resetting the ram and CPU still nothing. Other things I've tried are clearing cmos. Removing the battery on the mother board and replacing it. Swapping the psu, I tried using 1 ram instead of 2 and the only thing i could think of is I either got a bad board or CPU

Dos the board light up?

First post can take a up to a few minutes you may just not be waiting long enough for that initial post to complete

If possible please take and post a picture of the inside of the case. We might be able to see where something is not connected correctly
