What is the Cheapest GPU for 2 1440p 165hz 24" Monitor

Hello I am going to be using TWO 165hz, 1ms, 2560x1440p Dell Monitors. I am looking for the cheapest GPU that could run these two monitors at max settings in graphic heavy games such as GTA V, PUBG, etc and with solid frame rates.

Cheapest I would suggest pairing with it? 1070, though 1080 would be a bit better of a choice if you can afford it.

Well you can really run games on 2 monitors. But to run those games at 165hz at 1440p ultra 1080ti minimum

Im running a single 1070 with a 1440p. IPS. 144Mhz monitor and it does very well. But i dont know about multiple, might struggle

On ultra games you'll definitely need a beefier graphics card.

Okay. Could I use a 1080? Run both monitors at 144hz 1440p.

 

If so. Could you guess what types of frame rates I would get in games like PUBG, and what type of setting I could run it in (medium, high, ultra, etc.)?

Well nothing will push PUBG well. I have a 1080 ti and at Ultra settings I only get 90fps. With a 1080 at 1440p I would expect high at around 60fps

@Max_Settings thanks for your help. Could you recommend any other monitors possibly. Hopefully 1440p and 100 or 100+ frames. Also, pretty basic like black and not big bezels. SORRY im so picky

Max settings 1440p at 165 fps? 1080 Ti. You won't get 165 without one on max, you can however lock frames at maybe 120, or lower settings.

Many modern titles will run around 100'ish to 120'ish depending on game's optimisation.

 

Max setting is not something that is optimised well and there's no hardware out now that can brute force it.

anything above 100 fps on high refresh will be smooth, so just cause the fps isnt 165 all the time, don't make it not smooth

'Smooth' is extremely subjective.

 

Look at console players and their 30fps smooth'ness they claim.

 

If we are just talking 'smooth' might as well make it 60 fps, which is 'smooth' 'enough' that can be done with 1060 or 1070.

No im talking about smooth at 165HZ, no screen tearing or stuttering

But there is, 8 core cpu overclocked with dual titan XP's (or 1080tis) will do it
