Motherboard RGB Header Max Load

I have a roll of RGB strips SMD 5050 RGB LEDs which i have made some to individual strips that can be connected to a Mobo RGB header.

My current rig has 3 strips on it right now and I can add more. But I can't find anything on my mobo manual that says something how much LED it can actually handle.

You will want to check with the manufacture if they don't state it but at least from others such as Asus they provide an max amperage of 2Amps. Each SMD5050 LED chip draws approx 0.24W or 0.02A at 12V.

Thanks, I already have this info, It just doesn't feel tangible. Like is the 2A on asus boards apply on all boards, does this apply to my Asrock mobo (like asus jr)?

Im actually ok with experimenting on my rig.

Because, I have this big roll of led strip that i made to individual magnetic strips and I have people asking mo to put on their boards. I just dont wanna fry someone else's Rig. 

So im seeking general knowledge on these RGB headers.

That 2 Amp spec is only on the Asus boards from my knowledge, for Asrock as mentioned if they don't state in the documentation it would be best to contact them to get a definitive answer.

That's a good one. that will be really great. except, I already did but not getting any response about, multiple issues with the motherboard for 6 months now. stuff which i was able to find the answers myself.
