Wiping HDD Permissions??

Im trying to wipe a hard drive that isnt in use anymore, but i cant seem to delete some files, getting errors such as "need permission from TrustedInstaller" or "need permission from System." How do i bypass this to wipe this drive? Or what program should i use to bypass?

maybe i could find some way to prevent the HDD from trying to boot Windows so it isnt actively using it since i have an SSD running Windows as well?

i think you need to need to change the page file to disk 0

then try again

Moving the pagefile to the SSD would NOT wipe the current copy of windows, it just copies one more file to the drive.

You have these issues because you have parts of windows in both drives, since both are in use they can't be deleted.

Mystery is the source of all true science.
