YO Guys can i have stable 60fps? while rec

So guys im planning to start a youtube channel playing games  Im going to play these games: GTA V, Black ops 3, Battlefield 1, Outlast 2 , Resident Evill 7 biohazard 

So can i game on ULTRA 60FPS im going to record in Nvidia ShadowPlay and my PC specs are!
CPU:INTEL I7 7700K 4.2GHZ UP TO 4.6GHZ 

GPU:ASUS gtx strix 980ti OC edition 6gb

Ram: 16gb hyperx fury black 2x8

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX H270F GAMING

PSU: 650Watts Coolermaster GM series 

HDD:1TB wd for games

ssd:120gb kingston for windows!

@Sierra Fox i would but i havent bought my cpu and motherboard  im using an intel i5 6500 and a shit motherboard  thats why im asking if i would get stable fps

Okay good. If you want to record and/or stream, Ryzen would be the better way to go. Swap out the 7700K and Z270 motherboard for a Ryzen 7 1700 and a B350 (or X370 if you wan to spend more) board. You'll end up much happier

I feel like the obvious answer is yes but I don't know your monitor resolution. If it's 4k, then probably not.

@DarkEnergy my monitor resolution is 1920:1080 i got 2 of them
