Lately I have been looking into upgrading my pc. Through me research I have almost everything figured out: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/XtqYGf (fyi my pc sucks right now). This may seem fine and dandy but.. I have been looking into other gtx 1080's and I quickly began to love the EVGA gtx 1080 ftw2. I found it on pc part picker for almost 800$ (CAD) which is too much imo. So I found it on sears for 550$ (CAD) this is because sears is going out of business. But my question is : is the sears graphics card legit? Becasue I want the card but I dont want to get scammed. Please leave your thoughts.

yup

Actually, I've  heard of them being the chips that are left after they bin for the "better" 1080 cards.  Its  still a 1080 though so the difference is negligible.

Actually I would  put good money on it OC'ing just as high, pascal has a very predictable ceiling

Consider the ASUS Strix option. It has superior cooling to db ratio as well. It's got RGB and all that goodness. Though the prices on those do fluctuate a bit. Expect around $580-690
