Monitor Upgrade Help

Ok, So here an a week or so, I might upgrade my monitor. I currently have 3 LG potato displays. Hdmi/vga/Dvi only, and cheap build quality.

 

So, I want an upgrade. My budget is ~1000 USD. I plan to do Light, non competitive gaming(Minecraft, Rocket League, KSP) and Video editing w/ minor color correction.

I want a 1440p monitor because 1080p looks like a rotten tomato.

I would really like an Ultrawide or two. 

Having 1 ultrawide and two smaller 1080p monitors also works, I just want everything to look good.

 

Build quality Is also important.

And i"ll make them all 1080 because your eyes start to strain BADLY at looking at different resolutions at the same time.

I guess, but i could also use my current 24 inch monitors until I can get Better ones for the sides

Thats a good idea so you can get a decent starter 1440 for the sides when you eventually, but i recomend getting whatever those tinted glasses are called, they are like $25 at best buy to help stop the eye strain of the two resolutions until you can get 1440p side monitors.
