Go for the GTX 1050 Ti 4gb, its around $150 so you have about $50 to spend on ram or something :ph34r:

Hey I'm wonder if any of you know any good cheap graphic cards that can run gta 5 avg 55 fps with good settings please help because my birthday is coming up and I am planing on upgrading my power supply and my card at the same time so please help my budget is $200 Thanks! #LinusTeam

GTX 970. Maybe 980, since prices vary quite a bit in the used market.
