I desperately want to build a new computer for the following games.

Battlegrounds

Battlefield 1

Destiny 2 (games similar in graphical usage)

Overwatch

My price range for the PC itself is 450 to 500 USD.

I will be responding as I want to learn as much as I can.

450-500 USD is pretty low for what you want. Move it up to ~500-700 and it would be a lot easier to make a build for 1080p high-ultra gaming. Do you need a monitor and other peripherals like a keyboard and mouse?

I do not need high ultra. I am satisfied with medium on most games too.

Easily, up to 7700K max, up to 1080 max before upgrading PSU
