Windows 10 creators update don't support custom refresh rate.

Hey i have been using windows 10 since release and i had no problems except one.After updating to Creators update my games show up only 50hz and 60hz.My monitor is a 60hz monitor but i overclocked it to 76Hz.Windows run at 76hz no problem and my games will run in 76hz if i play in window borderless.
i tried to do a clean install of the latest nvidia drivers but didn't work
Do you guys have any solutions?

how clean was this install?

Did you DDU?

I've had my share of issues with the Windows control panel, especially with the creators update. Rather use the Nvidia/Amd panel. 

Nothing.
