Do you have a specific reason for wanting it on a disk? I would just use a USB drive rather than bothering with disks. 

 

EDIT: Also, I believe a CD-R would be too small. They max out at around 700MB.

what size of USB would I need for win 7 home premium? I guess it's just easier for me on a disc and i know how to do it that way.

8GB would do it easily. The process should be more or less the same as burning it to a disk, only you use the USB drive instead.

There's plenty of tutorials for it online if you get stuck too, though as I mentioned, the process is basically the same as it would be for a disk.
