EVGA GTX 1070SC Rust 56 fps

I was playing rust and i was lots of fps drops on high then i checked my gpu usage and cpu and my gpu was 66% and CPU usage 70%

Specs: I7 6700k

EVGA GTX 1070 SC

32GB Corsair Vengence LPX

Just looked at image the cpu usage was 96% what might of cause this?

Rust is poorly optimized, that is probably most of the problem. Check for background processes.

no no go to steam go to library and load into rust it will bring up a screen and see what your settings are there.

step one : open steam

step 2 : go to game library 

step 3 : click on rust

step 4 : click on play this game

steam 5 : take screenshot of that it shows your settings.
