Should I go for gtx 1060 3gb or Rx 580 4gb??

In India where I live 

The Cheapest gtx 1060 3gb costs ₹18895 and Rx 580 4gb costs ₹18590

Which one should I go for??

And btw $1=₹69.72

So plz tell me I m unable to decide

580 4gb definitely

the 580 has all the comput units as the 580 8gb and most of the time you can overclock the memory to the same degree :-)

580 no questions, it's just the better performing card.
