Lenovo z50-75

So i have a Lenovo z50-75 with an  AMD FX-7500 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G   (4 CPUs), ~2.1GHz. The core bounces between 2.1 and 2.7 GHz and it's not stable... I know the core itself can be boosted up to 3.3ghz with no problems but i've been unable to do it. The BIOS offers me no option to play with the voltage on CPU or the multiplier... AMD Overdrive doesn't want to save the changes for Turbo or manual OC. 
Any ideas how can i OC this thing ?
