Why didn't I give the exact time? Because it wasn't 10:39 when I looked at the clock, so I knew it'd be 10:40 when I posted my reply. 

 

Or, why am I going to bed? Because I have a massive sleep debt from staying up to 11 PM, or sometimes 1 PM working feverishly on my PC. That and I don't work well with lack of sleep.
