I'm near São Paulo, Brazil, this is a 500mbps contract with half upload (it can go over 500 in general downloads).

Just Three years ago, my only option was a 2mbps ADSL connection from this same provider for the same price, now internet is stupidly cheap and fast with fiber all around the city. Lots of smaller providers doing their own thing with their Mikrotiks, selling symetrical fiber up to 1Gbps for reasonable prices, now my old provider is offering FTTH for a reasonable price too, this is what competition brings to the table.

It will suffice. Much of the western world still lags behind HK.

“The decay and disintegration of this culture is astonishingly amusing if you are emotionally detached from it. I have always viewed it from a safe distance, knowing I don't belong; it doesn't include me, and it never has. no matter how you care to define it, I do not identify with the local group. Planet, species, race, nation, state, religion, party, union, club, association, neighborhood improvement committee; I have no interest in any of it. I love and treasure individuals as I meet them, I loathe and despise the groups they identify with and belong to.” ― George Carlin

on the 2.4GHz band with our two month old 5G Three home broadband speeds are about the same as my old internet through ethernet (uploads are much faster tho)

image.png.5cc97e511de4a5f260b782a51542a1a0.png

Speeds aren't that much better on the 5GHz band but on good days it hits around 175 down and 50 up

image.png.d0d54952f70050e0c69e703d1764ae30.png

on the xbox with ethernet I got 450 mbps downloading a game yesterday. Not too bad considering it's only £11 a month. Though it is definitely less reliable than wired internet

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help
