Server:  HP DL380 G5 8x 300GB 10k Sata drives, 2x e5460 32GB Ram

NAS: Synology DS213 with 2 2TB WD Red Drives

I got the same result.

I don't fully understand what you're saying. Speedtest is fairly reliable.

but uTorrent isn't perfect testing method because of many peer connections, still better than Speedtest, because you can test both speeds at same time.

I pay about $100/mo for this. Includes unlimited bandwidth and calls though. If that helps... I have the fastest in my area. It's typically 1Mb down... This is why I don't rely on the cloud! It's a business class line so solid... But slow...

Internet plans are pretty crapy in India I might be going for 512 or 1024 kbps most of the high speed plans are data limited
