Hi, made a few small changes, and wanted to throw this out there for an idea... it's in a very small itx case with PSU and very portable now, so hope this helps, she would be able to use it as a SFF  HTPC too if she wanted then https://es.pcpartpicker.com/list/VfRhLD

The PC will be upgradeable too if your mom ever needs more power, could easily put an i5 or i7 in there in the future if she needs it to be faster at some tasks that the pentium struggles with. But for regular office work type and home TV PC for watching movies etc that will be fantastic just as it is. I love the portability of a "real" itx system that just needs input devices and a display other than that very small box... if you want to use it as an htpc, you can use kodi and set it for CEC and have it controlled by your TV remote for playback of movies/music etc too, makes it just that little bit more useful if you don't want to have a mouse and keyboard when relaxing in front of the TV. You would need to just get kodi working on the PC before grabbing the TV remote and sitting down is all. I hope I explained that well enough, if not just ask and I'll try to help.
