Hey, guys, this is my first post here but I recently found out about this device and thought I should get some input here. So this device takes a standard PCIE graphics card and then adapts it to mini PCIE like you would find in a laptop wireless card. I've seen some people have success with it and others haven't had such luck. I was just wondering if any of you have had experience with this little device. If by chance you have it'd be great if you left some tips or suggestions for people like me who are interested in it.

first of all - laptop support is seriously hit or miss - and mPCIe is IMHO the worst way to do an eGPU for one reason - the driver support. nvidia stopped supporting mPCIe eGPUs unless you have a hot-plug mPCIe which is not common.

on top of that you need a nvidia fermi/kepler GPU for the best experience - they only require 128MB instead of 256MB that GPUs usually require.

idk

LowSpecGamer - he combined a GTX 645 with an Atom and 1GB of RAM and got decent FPS on old games

DIY perks as well, he puts a laptop on life support with one of them and plays maxed out OG tomb raider

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious
