I'm very happy with how this build turned out and will be ordering all the parts tomorrow. If you have any questions about the build, or would like me to make a log about all actual build process and how it runs, just let me know. Also if you have any other suggestions for me or my build, please let me know. Thanks!

you don't need the wrist-wrap and thermal compound, don't bother with those. X370 taichi is pretty expensive for the features you likely won't use, get the X370 killer SLI/AC instead. the taichi also comes with a wireless adaptor so don't get the WB867D-I. see if you can get a 144hz/1440p monitor with the money saved.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

the wrist strap and compound im getting as just in cases. since this my first build, im a little nervous and want to be sure i have everything. Then with the tachi wifi, i read from some sources tat it isnt the best built in wifi. and in regards to the killer, while cheaper, the tachi had better reviews, plus the K in the middle kinda looks gross to me. Then for the monitor im kinda worried getting a 1440p monitor may slow my fps down possibly, but if you maybe had a monitor in mind i could take a look at it?

the wrist wrap isn't needed, to ground yourself all you have to do is remember to touch something metal before and during the building every so often. the wraith cooler included has the thermal paste already included and it's very easy to install, you won't screw up the thermal paste application unless you REALLY fuck up the installation. in either case, you shouldn't spend so much on a motherboard, you can get one that's cheaper and do just as well. the gtx 1070 is fine with running games at ultra 1440p, you can reduce a couple of settings if it can't maintain fully stable 60fps.

skip to 4:07.
