I have a Corsair Carbide 540 and I hate the plastic window and was going to remove it, cut off the places where it clips into the case, and then find some adhesive to adhere a glass window. My question is where is the best/cheapest place to get a measured piece of glass for this project? And while I have this thread open what would be the best adhesive/epoxy to do this with?

As said a local glass shop is best, they can cut you a piece and you can use a silicone or double stick mounting tape to adhere it into place. Just note this will be regular soda lime window glass for tempered material it will cost considerable more as it needs to be s standard size or custom cut and then sent for tempering.

I have a guide here that goes over this under Window Mod which may help:

Don't know where you are located, but the best place to get a piece of glass would most probably be a local dealer where you're located so incase it doesn't fit, you can get a replacement.

That's a good idea I will try them tomorrow. But would you know the best adhesive to mount glass to metal?

Your local glass dealer would also have the best idea for the adhesive also, then if it didn't work out, you could take it back and try something else.  Dealing with someone local is a LOT easier than trying to deal with someone via the internet or long distance over the phone.

Some standard hardware stores will cut standard glass for you as well. Like Lowes, though I don't know if there's one in your area. I would think you could get a piece of glass the dimensions you want for under 15$ US. (Smaller sizes are cheaper as leftovers from larger panes of glass are common.) Might not be UV resistant though and where you live can change things a lot.
