Portal Knights high FPS camera stutter.

So I'm playing portal knights and no matter how high my fps is, be it 60-144 the camera movement just doesn't feel smooth. It's like the problem I and many people have with Dishonoured 2 frame pacing I think. Feels pretty bad.Anyone else have this? Only those two games that do it.
