Call of Duty World at War black screen help

I just bought COD WAW because it was on sale and I launched it but it just turns to black screen. No error no sound no nothing just a black screen how do I fix this?

One good way would be to give system specifications, especially the GPU and GPU driver used.

done that 3 times already it checked out also i tried to unintall and reinstall

What PCPartPicker doesn't list GPU drivers too...ok ok so you forgot that ok, look in your GeForce Experience to find out what driver version you are using and if it isn't 382.19 then go to this hot fix and DL and install it.
