Theres an error in this PC build but im pretty sure theres not supposed to be 1

It is saying that the motherboard BIOS could require an update before the CPU will work with it, which would require a different CPU to update it.

As above, it tells you what the problem might be. That motherboard requires the BIOS version to be a certain number or above to be able to use that CPU, so if the BIOS isn't that version or above you will require it to be updated to be able to use that CPU. Which will require a 6th gen CPU, so if you don't have one that you could install in there just to update the mobo, then you need to either make sure that the latest BIOS is installed from the retailer, or choose another mobo from the 2__ series boards, like thesehttps://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#sort=price&c=120,121,119&page=1

It supports up to the Core i7 7700K, but it will need to be updated to BIOS 1.4 or newer. You need to have a supported CPU (Skylake) in order to perform the BIOS update.

Dont mess with the Bios if you can avoid it. Get another Board.

No, different board will fix the hassle element. see my post above with link.
