i recently installed a LITEON blu ray drive (iHOS104) into my PC. the drive is working alongside the Leawo blu ray player as windows 10 sadly has no native suppourt. I've come to find however that menus and initial load up times for the player are VERY slow, as in, almost a minute between pressing the 'left arrow key' and the selection on the menu moving to the left. Also, the films do not display at a 21:9 aspect ratio...    once playing however, the playback is silky smooth HD excellence!

Can anybody recommend a fix for this? is my issue software or hardware based? many thanks :)

Could be a bad disc, has the issue persist with other discs?

The disc was brand new, the issue only seems to persist upon startup however, with the problems stopping after getting part way into a movie
