Hi, I'm looking to get a water cooler for my reference GTX 780Ti as it gets very hot and very loud after long gaming sessions. I have looked at the Corsair HG10 but I don't know the difference between the H45, H55, H60, H75 and H80i. All these coolers seem to be very similar with 120mm fans but I'm guessing the difference lies in the pump. Any suggestions?

p.s. I have looked at the NZXT option but I dislike the look of the bracket they use, however could I use an NZXT Kraken with the Corsair HG10?

Thanks!

Would prefer to spend as little as possible though

I was gonna say, for about $250 you could probably get an entire new GPU that would perform better.

EDIT: Yeah, you can get an RX570 for around $200 US, and it will match/slightly outperform the 780 Ti.

I'm not interested in buying a new gpu as this cooler would be used in future builds too

So your looking for a cooler that works with an AIO? Or a water block?

So long as the bracket has standard mounting holes, it should theoretically work with any AIO.

Or how about this: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Hydro-HG10-Cooling-Bracket/dp/B00WR28574

EDIT:

This is cut from a review on Amazon:

I used to use an H100i on my cpu, but since changing to a smaller and incompatible case, I had purchased a h80i for my cpu. Now, I managed to mod the case so I could fit the H100i and was wondering what to do with my leftover h80i. After some google searching.. BINGO! My 780ti was running very loudly and very hot and I thought this might be my saving grace. Once installing this cheap mod, my temperatures LITERALLY HALVED.

BEFORE (Stock Heatsink and Fan) I was idling around 45-degrees and under full load the temps peaked at about 87-degrees. As you can imagine, the fan was spinning like its life depended on it (which technically is true) making it always the loudest part of my system.

AFTER (HG10 with H80i) My idling temperature has dropped DRAMATICALLY. I just finished playing Crysis 3 about 10 minutes ago, and my gpu temp is already down to 23-degrees! I'm using the stock fans that come with the h80i in push-pull fashion, and they remain at 45% at all times (Just quiet enough to blend in with the rest of my system noise). When under full load, the card jumps up to the mid 40's within a few minutes, then over the course of an hour or so slowly creeps up into the low 50's. I haven't seen my card hit the 60's since I've installed the HG10.

All in all, I probably wouldn't recommend going out and buying an h80i or similar just to pair it with the HG10. (H80i is WAY overkill anyways). You're better off buying a separate all-in-one GPU watercooler or building a custom one (If you don't mind the extra cash). But for those of us with an extra Corsair closed-loop water cooler lying around, this is like a gift from God himself! 10/10

NOTE: As stated, this bracket ONLY works with Corsair Hydro Series CPU coolers. I wouldn't recommend trying it with any other cooler unless you're 100% it will be compatible.

Ooh good find dude, thanks. I haven't heard of all-in-one gpu coolers, I thought you had to get a bracket and a cpu cooler. What I'm not quite sure on is which all-in-one to get if I get a bracket. The H80i is almost 2x as much as the H45, am I good to save money and go for the H45, what is the trade off?
