Random pop up window opening every hour (W10)

At 41 minutes past the hour, every hour, a window pops up on my screen for a brief second, tabbing me out of any programs. It's similar to the Microsoft Office popup that opens at 8 minutes past the hour, although I'm relatively confident it's not that as I've disabled it in my startup.

 

Has anyone got any ideas what it could be?

Scanned with Kaspersky, nothing detected. Also found out that a friend of mine has had the same problem recently.

Hmm.. look in programs and features for anything weird.

Scan with MalwareBytes as well, to detect malware.

But it is probably a startup program. Open CCleaner and see what you have as startup and Task Scheduler. Share pictures with us.

That's whats in my Task Scheduler and recently installed programs- based off past experience I get a feeling its something to do with Office365...

I have Office 365, Steam and Visual Studio.

Oh wow. Didn't realise how overloaded mine is. I've disabled a few things but the window still popped up a few mins ago, again at 41 minutes past. I'm going to give uninstalling Office365 a go and see what happens, I'll update soon

I have the same problem too. Random popup 46min and 10sek past every hour. I suspect the Windows 10 Creator update that was recently.

Just an update from yesterday- I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office365, and it seems that it was the cause of the window appearing every hour. It didn't appear while uninstalled but as soon as I reinstalled it now reopens every hour at 58 minutes past the hour, and I have no idea how to stop it.

 

Edit: SOLVED! Used the instructions from this thread where I disabled \Microsoft\Office\OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration using Task Scheduler.
