Posted May 17, 2017 Hello, I have myself a 1070 OC Edition ROG STRIX. I would like to know in benchmarks what you guys are encountering FPS + Temps I've tested mine and get around a 1595-1600 RPM after 40 minutes of benchmarking, and my card is getting dusty again, since I can only clean it when I get an aircompressor (Our canned air is so bad it blows out water after ½ sec) And I live in a dorm 25 square meters(With GF), so it gets filled rather fast, and I can only clean it inside atm, because of bad weather (Not going to risk water on my card) I get around 64 max temps in those test, I have a question will my temps be higher in a game like BF1 and that on Ultra 1920x1080? I have no clue about temps in games than benchmarks (Heavens Benchmark) Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/780931-people-with-rog-strix-1070-oc-edition/ Share on other sites
 If you are maxing the GPU out yes temps should be comparable for a long ish gaming session. In a game like Dead by Daylight 1920x1080, I play @ Ultra, getting around 55-59 temp, also because it's starting to get hot where i live outside we have 19 degrees C now. So yeah that's also a big factor in my temps. I was asking if you overclock on top of that, because most people do. When you add more voltage to overclock, it gets hotter CPU: Ryzen 2 2700@ 4.0Ghz Mobo: Gigabyte X470 Gaming 7 Wifi Cooler: EVGA CLC 240 GPU: GTX1080 FTW DT @ 2113Mhz PSU: EVGA 750W P2 Case: Fractal Design Meshify C Displays: 34" LG34UC79G, 24" Dell Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/780931-people-with-rog-strix-1070-oc-edition/#findComment-9847823 Share on other sites
