Randomly Disconnecting Monitor #2

So, this happened before: 

 

 

Well, now its randomly disconnecting my second monitor. I have to boot into my second HDD and run windows 7 to make it stop. What is going on?

 

I'm doing sfc scannow atm. Malwarebytes just finished a scan.

 

Also, why is Windows 10 such a piece of shit? Constantly giving me issues day in and day out now. 

 

 

Edit: I plugged it into DVI instead. I'm pretty sure Display ports on this card are just garbage now. I still wanna figure out whats going on

Did. Its happen twice. Idk I'm confused by it. To me, it looks like its Windows 10.
