The problem started out of nowhere. Shutdown routinely one night and came back the next day to a no post situation.

The mb doesn't get through post. Stops at code 19 no matter what I do. I bought a new bios chip and the only thing that changed was that after it sits stuck at code 19 for approximately 20 seconds, the fans on the 1 gpu that was installed went to full speed. Weird! I have taken the mb out of the case (phanteks enthoo primo) and hooked up to a different power supply with just the 24 pin and 8 pin connected and no ram or gpu. Nothing changed. I have tried every combination of hardware in and out that there is and nothing changes. Used all sticks of ram 1 at a time in different slots and various combinations thereof and no changes.

At this point I am thinking that the mb is dead. Or the cpu has a bad memory controller. The only thing I have not done is get a brand new 2032 bios battery. I did changes it out with the one in my key fob. As it is not  brand new,  I don't know if it is outputting the the correct voltage. I know some motherboards are picky on that issue.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!
