Looking for a new case, with all the modern bells and whistles

Hi folks, I am looking for a new tower case that has the modern bells and whistles to replace my old Corsair 300R case.

 

Parts I have for consideration:

• I have 2 HDDs and 3 SSDs,
• 1 typical sized ATX PSU (corsair 600CX M)
• ATX motherboard
• 1 Optical disk drive
• I have a small/mid-sized GPU (223 mm in length)

 

Must haves:

• Under $150
• At least 1 optical disk drive bay
• Front Panel on the front side or on the left side (not on the top)
• Window on side
• Something that either around the same size as, or at the very least isn't too much bigger than my current case's dimensions (Corsair 300R)  19.1” x 8.3” x 17.7”. Could be smaller as well

 

Preferences:

• Cable routing features
• Magnetic dust filters
• Power Supply Shroud
• A decent amount of holes for fans/closed-loop radiators

 

Other Notes:

• I have an Optical to HDD bracket, so if a case has 2 Optical bays and 4 HDD bays, I could still deal with that.
• I don't care for LED lights, not a factor.

Any other suggestions? I've personally been looking at the Corsair 450D, but looking for something a bit newer than a case thats been around for 3 years.
