Reboot and select proper media device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key

My pc will not load windows, I have let my pc download games over night. I woke up it said "Reboot and select proper media device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" how would I rix this. I have a 1 tb WD hdd. I am on a MSI b150 I pro MB

Unplug your HDD and plug it back in, This probably means your HDD has failed. Can you hear it spinning?

Really? OP shows pics of the HD being detected and showing as a boot device?

Boot from your Installation media and run the Start Up Repair wizard

Sometimes it will only run for a bit before failing, Thus only being detected by the BIOS

Then your windows installation is probably corrupt or at least your bootfiles

when i got to reinstall windows it just goes black nothing happens

When I put in my windows media USB my display goes black

Windowsill media creation tool 

I get a windows logo then my display goes back nothing else happens

Format the USB and install it again with the creation tool. Maybe it did not copy all the files properly.
