Im planning on building my first ever pc in around 2 months. I know exactly which parts I need expect for the mobo. Right now I have a prebuilt lenovo pc. Im gonna reuse the CPU and some other parts. But I dont know if I should buy a new mobo. the mobo I have right now seems fine except for the 14 pin power connector. If I buy a new psu and an adapter from 24 pin to 14 pin will that cause any issues? By issues I mean power issues. Im planning on getting an rx 570 btw if the gpu is even relevant

So if I use this will my system still have enough power and what? Sorry if Im being stupid here Im just new to this

Sorry if I confused you. Back when SATA drives were still pretty new, people used a lot of cheaply made 4 pin molex to SATA power adapters. It became a common point of failure in systems. But I agree with Jorgen, if the reviews are solid it should be fine afaik.
