Is it worth it to get rx 480 or look for something else I have a f sync monitor with a A8 7650k cpu I'll take any suggestions

You should make sure cpu is not bottlenecking too much, you sure will see improvements but CPU is important too

It will be severely bottlenecked. Your priority should be upgrading the whole platform.

I agree w/  Pandalf. The CPU will bottleneck and you will lose most of the benefits offered by the new card. If it were me, I'd upgrade the whole platform.
