Thunderbolt 3

The laptop I'm looking at getting has thunderbolt 3. Per usual, I like to get a docking station for any laptop that I use. What thunderbolt 3 station is looking like the best option in the near future? I know elgato and OWC still have yet to release theirs.

 

Also, what does this mean for my monitor connectivity? How do I use the 2 thunderbolt 3 outputs on the dock to connect to monitors? Do I use an adaptor, or are monitors going to start having thunderbolt 3 ports for input?

I have this for my ASUS with TB3 and it works with displayport at 60hz. 

There are cheaper options available but this one has been bulletproof for me.  Keyboard, mouse and network all connect to it.
