Won't be a bottleneck to a 1050Ti but the FPS at 1080p will be determined by the GPU in this case so you need to check how the card performs in games you play.

iv have ran a similar setup in the past albeit with an x4 860k, but performance should be similar as they are both the same architecture and guad core. You can get your common esports titles to that 100 fps mark, but most newer triple A tites you will have to crank the settings down to medium to get 60 fps
