Windows 10, taking forever to start-850 evo

So,

I have a pretty major issue, Windows is literally taking forever to load, literally and once in Windows, everything is so slow to load and stops responding,is there a way to force it into the recovery mode where you have the option to revert to a previous back up? Etc

As it's taking 30minutes-1hour + to load into Windows 

Specs are in my signature

And

Boot off a Live CD / Live USB and scan your SSD.

If scan is fine then backup / image the SSD and reinstall Windows.

It does eventually boot

If you would like to force into recovery mode, Hold shift whil clicking restart at the shutdown menu or force power off your pc repeatedly until you see please wait while booting windows

What about when starting the pc?

my 1tb drive died or i presume it did,
