But my Xpad netbook (a Chinese product way back before), I had install windows 10 along side with windows 8.1. I made Dolby HT v4 work with windows 10 with Realtek Driver without installing Dolby HTv4 on Windows 8.1.

Really now? Interesting. I've been trying to get it working with the Windows 8 version because Lenovo never released another one for even Windows 8.1. Did you do the same steps as above? I might try that then hahahaha. Mine is listed as Conexant SmartAudioHD so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Well my Laptop running the first public release of Windows 10 RTM (with Realtek HD) doesn't support Dolby HT/AA, SRS Audio and DTS natively but with the help of a website which unlocks all the potential of all "Realtek Audio". Additionally, my brothers pc with Realtek HD, I installed  the same drivers with realtek which runs perfectly. But with my PC (VIA HD Audio) doesn't work with PCEE4 since Windows 10 Upgrade. This work with Windows 7. This replace my VIA HD Audio with Dolby Home Theater - VIA HD something
