Not sure how much it will help you since i7 7700k is running pretty darn hot.

I would get X52 from NZXT since it's more quiet.

My CPU is hot with a Cryorig H7, H5...

I want better temps in my life.

I need to try AIO

Yeah that's all great and fun, but i7 7700k are known to run hot. You could decrease temperature by 20°C if you delid it and use liquid metal between CPU core die and IHS. But it's kinda risky if you ask me.

If you are only interested in performance, get H100i because it will give you the lowest them of those AIOs. It's as good as it gets.
