Looking to upgrade to 16 gigs of RAM

Here are my system's Specs.

_{CPU: Intel Core i5-4690k Quad Core 3.5GHz
Motherboard: MSI Gaming Z97
RAM: 8GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 RAM
Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE 100363L Radeon R9 280X 3GB (Upgrading to GTX 1070 or R9 580)
PSU: Rosewill CAPSTONE-750-M 750W 
Storage: 1TB Seagate drive and 1TB WD Black drive
Case: Zalman Z11Plus High Performance
OS: Windows 7
Coolermaster CPU cooler.}

 

I've been running with 8 gigs of ram for years now and it's time to upgrade to 16 gigs. I just need some advice on what to buy. My budget is $140 but I'd prefer to spend less.

Please let me know if I left out any info.

speed and type will make little difference with you setup.  Get the cheapest set available.
