Looking to upgrade some hardware

Hey everyone!

 

Just wanting to check here what would be the best plan of attack to upgrade my current rig, which is

i74790k @4.5ghz

16gb ram

asus fatality mobo

gtx 780ti

240gb ssd + a crap ton of hdds (I dont like to delete anything)

 

My question is do i upgrade a part of the build of sell it as a whole, or part it out and get a new desktop

 

Any help would be appreciated!

 

P.S If someone can link me a pcpartpick for a baller rig under 2k please post below (Make sure your using the Australian version)

A 1080ti (if you can afford) or a 1080, as well as faster Ram like 2400MHz DDR3 will do. The set up overall is still competitive.

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

As you can see, not much difference. These results do take overclocks in to count though
