Got an old APC F-21 with what appear to be white alps at a yard sale for $5. It has a AT connector so I bought a AT to PS/2 adapter off of eBay. When I plugged everything in nothing happens. No lights for the num lock or anything. I've opened the keyboard up and everything looks to be clean, the PCB looks fine, but still nothing. At this point im assuming that the keyboard is just dead? The only other thing I can think of is that it isn't compatible with W10 or Windows XP for some reason. If someone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks

Just making sure... you've restarted the machine with the keyboard plugged in right? Because PS/2 devices don't initialize after the system posts.
