Hi

I recently bought an Samsung Galaxy S4 as a temporary phone and tried to set up android pay however, it thinks that the phone is rooted or using a custom ROM.

After downloading root checker and using it, it says the phone is not rooted.

Any suggestions on how I could fix this?

Thanks

You may be able to flash the latest factory firmware via samsung kies or whatever its called, this should theoretically bring the phone back to factory defaults. I'm not responsible if you break it.

How do i check if the bootloader is unlocked?

Last I had a scamscum phone, it showed various stats about the phone when you booted it into a special mode. I forget how to do this...
