Looking for headphones under 120€, help!

Hello everyone,

I'm currently looking for a new pair of reliable headphones and I have little clue about which ones to choose.

I would like them to have a nice sound isolation, as I will be using them for studying in the library (as well as gaming and such...); and also have a price under the 100-120€ mark.

I have already looked into:

- Razer Kraken 7.1 pro

- Sennheisser Momentum

, but I'm always open to new suggestions :)

Thanks for your time and help!

I would remove the Razer Krakens since they are no match soundwise to other offerings you will find in the price range.

Wouldn't go with the m50x either since they are known for very small soundstage and love/hate sound signature.

(Soundstage will help with immersion in games)

Personally i would add the Sennheiser Urbanite XL. They are very well built and have pretty large soundstage for a closed headphone. Cable is short and has a propritary connection.

Another option would be the Status Audio CB-1.

You just can't go wrong with the Sennheiser Momentum. Just get those.

The Urbanite XL seems good too. I tried the Urbanite before and it sounds soooo good.

I think I will go with a Sennheiser. Still haven't decided which model but the Urbanite XL seems awesome. I think I will be getting those unless I can get a good deal with the Momentum... because they are clearly pricier than the Urbanite.

Thank you all for your help, and if anyone would like to suggest something else feel free to do so ? The community here is amazing!

Edit: I have just realised that the Urbanite XL comes in two versions: one for iOs and one for Android... Will i have compatibility issues if I try to use them in differente devices such as using the iOs one in a windows PC? Or even if I try to use the same one in an Android device, will those even work? Or can't I use them at all?

I apologise if some of my english seems a bit confusing ?

The Android or iOS compatibility only affects the remote. So you can use them with any device, but the remote may or may not work.

I'd suggest some Beyerdynamic DT 770s. Or maybe look at some of the AIAIAI TMA-2 headphones Linus reviewed a while ago.
