HTC Desire 626 not working

I have had my HTC phone for a year and a half and yesterday as I was using it it shut down while at 65%. It refuses to turn on and vibrates every 13 seconds. Please help.

first hold the volume down button and then press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. 

then try to turn it on. see if that helps
