Toshiba Satellite C55D-A5170 Not booting

Hello my Toshiba Satellite C55D-A5170 isnt booting it keeps restarting itself after a blue screen pops up then automatically says that it trying to auto repair but it's just a black screen.

 

Can anyone help?

What error details is the blue screen displaying?
