Looks like those are false flags.  Other people with the same phone are reporting the same thing coming stock from the factory.

 

EDIT or as @JDE said, pre-installed chinese crap.

Probably Chinese preinstalled malware... 

 

Flash phone with ROM? This voids your warrenty and may brick your phone though...

You could install a custom ROM, or root your device to remove the apps, but that will most likely void your warranty and possibly make the phone unstable (for the rooting part at least).
